Team Growth Tribe identifies, reviews, and promotes growth partners. Team Growth Tribe does not broker, manage, or guarantee engagements. Any agreement, payment, or deliverable is solely between the client and the partner.

By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who can use this site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to submit an inquiry, apply as a Partner, or otherwise use the site on behalf of yourself or an organization you represent.

2. Engagements are direct

Any agreement, scope of work, payment, deliverable, or dispute arising from a client–Partner engagement is solely between the client and the Partner. Team Growth Tribe is not a party to that relationship and accepts no liability for its outcome.

3. Partner review

Partners listed in the directory have been reviewed and approved by Team Growth Tribe. Team Growth Tribe may delist a Partner at its discretion, at any time, and without notice.

4. Listings and results

Case studies and metrics are provided by Partners and, where indicated, verified with the named client. The network does not publish public ratings, scores, or rankings of Partners. Team Growth Tribe does not guarantee the accuracy of Partner-submitted content and is not responsible for outcomes achieved, or not achieved, through any engagement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or results, scrape or copy the directory for a competing service, interfere with the site's operation, or use the site to send unsolicited or abusive communications. Misuse may lead to removal from the network and termination of access.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, text, and branding belong to Team Growth Tribe. Partner-submitted content (profiles, case studies, logos) remains owned by the Partner or their client, who grants Team Growth Tribe a licence to display it on the site for the purpose of the directory.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Team Growth Tribe does not guarantee that any Partner is suitable for your needs, that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular business outcome will result from using the site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team Growth Tribe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from any client–Partner engagement, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
