This policy explains what information Team Growth Tribe collects, why, and how it is used.

1. Information we collect

• Inquiry details you submit (name, email, phone, company, industry, and your message).
• Partner application and profile information.
• Account credentials, for Partners and Brands who sign in to the platform.
• Anonymous page-view counts (which pages were visited, and roughly how many times) — see “Cookies & similar technologies” below for how this is made anonymous.

2. How we use it

Client inquiries are used to match you with, and connect you to, a suitable Partner. When you contact a Partner directly, your details are shared with that Partner so they can respond. We also use this information to operate, secure, and improve the site, and to communicate with you about your inquiry, application, or account.

3. Cookies & similar technologies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your light/dark theme preference is saved in your browser only (not a cookie, and never sent to us).

Separately, we run a basic, first-party page-view counter to see which pages get used — no cookie is set for this. Instead, each visit is converted into a one-way, same-day-only hash (your IP address and browser, mixed together and scrambled) so no individual visit can be traced back to you, and nothing links your visits together from one day to the next. We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers today.

4. Sharing

We share inquiry information with the relevant Partner. We may also share information with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting, email delivery, and file storage), bound to use it only for that purpose. We do not sell personal data. Because engagements are direct between client and Partner, the Partner becomes an independent controller of the information you share with them.

5. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Retention

We retain records for as long as needed to operate the network and meet legal obligations. Inactive Partner and Brand accounts, and inquiries with no further activity, may be deleted or anonymized periodically.

7. Your choices & rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, subject to our legal and legitimate business obligations. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

8. Children's privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
